Which product is selling the most?
AI reads the description of every charge and identifies the product, the category and the store. The ranking comes out by period, with search, filters, column sorting and export to PDF, Excel or CSV.
Anyone launching new products keeps selling on more than one platform and under more than one brand. Today, to know what pays off, you log into each one, download reports and cross-reference everything by hand, every month. In Vantoris you connect as many platforms as you use and the reports come out unified: set the filter and see what sold most, how much left in fees and what each store actually kept.
No card to try it. Connecting the first platform takes two minutes.
Connect as many platforms as you use. These are ready to go.
Vantoris is a platform that reads data from the payment platforms a company already uses and shows it all in a single dashboard: what each product and each store sold, how much went to fees, what already landed in the account and the date the rest lands. It exists to answer which operation is paying off, without downloading a report from every platform and cross-referencing the numbers by hand.
AI reads the description of every charge and identifies the product, the category and the store. The ranking comes out by period, with search, filters, column sorting and export to PDF, Excel or CSV.
Every charge shows what became fee, tax and refund, and what actually stayed. You can see that by product, by store and by platform, in the same filter.
The same period, side by side. You see where it is worth putting more energy and where the effort is coming out expensive.
Each platform pays out its own way. On Stripe the screen shows the scheduled payout date. On Asaas it shows the amount already released in the digital account. Where the source reports nothing, it writes that it reports nothing.
Collection goes back to your accounts every few minutes, on its own. If a payment lands with the screen open, the notice shows up right away, with no page reload.
Paste the API documentation in the chat. The agent builds the integration, tests it on a few records and shows the result before turning it on.
Paste the platform API key. It takes under two minutes and the first read starts right away.
Look at the first collection and see whether it matches what you already know. Every number shows where it came from.
Dashboard, alerts and reports refresh on their own. You log in to decide, not to type.
The photos show the situation, not our customers.

Marketplace, own site and counter at the same time. The order leaves one place and the money arrives somewhere else, on a different schedule each time.

No team to close the month and no time to log into every platform, download reports and check line by line.

Two or three people needing the same number at the same time, without depending on whoever keeps the platform password.
No lock in. Change plans whenever you want.

The doubts that come up every week, answered without detour.
No. The platform is read only. It reads your account data and builds the analysis. Nothing is created, changed or cancelled here, and no money passes through it.
The invoice or charge description goes through an AI model that identifies the product, the category and the store. When the description does not allow a conclusion, the record is marked as product not identified and you can correct it by hand. A manual correction is never overwritten on a later read.
It depends on the plan: every 30, 15 or 5 minutes. When the source platform sends an automatic notice, the refresh is immediate on any plan.
You paste the API documentation in the chat and provide the credential. The agent understands it, builds the integration, runs a test on a few records and shows the result. It only goes live after you approve.
It does, and it respects each platform rule. A payout with a scheduled date shows the date. A platform that credits its own digital account shows as released. Where the source reports nothing, the screen says there is no information instead of guessing a date.
When the gateway reports the real settlement, that is the value we use. While it does not, we use a public rate and mark the number as an estimate, always with the source and the date in plain sight.
No. You create the account, connect a platform and see the first read without entering a card.
The consolidated history stays for as long as the account exists. Raw records follow the plan retention, from 90 to 365 days.
No card, nothing to install. The first read starts in minutes.
